What do I receive?
A structured run-of-show, games, mocktail-first menu, packing list and shopping categories. Host adds six image assets and PDF export; Crew adds invitation reels and expanded controls.

Does Sandbar book or run my event?
No. Sandbar is an online creative tool. It does not book venues, provide staff, arrange catering, sell physical items, sell alcohol or handle funds for an event.

Can I use a venue photo?
Yes. An optional reference can guide custom artwork. Uploaded files are processed for generation and scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

How do I cancel?
Use the Stripe customer portal available after checkout. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid billing period.

Can I rely on weather, tide or allergy details?
No. AI output can be inaccurate. Verify conditions, permissions, food labels, allergens, water safety and child supervision with reliable sources.

What lighting does Sandbar recommend?
Only battery LED or solar lighting for atmosphere. Generated instructions and acceptable use rules prohibit fireworks and flame-based decorative devices.
