Your uploads

You retain ownership of photos, logos, prompts and other content you upload. You represent that you have permission to use the content and to include any people, places, marks or protected material shown.

Limited processing licence

You grant Sandbar and its processors a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, copy, transform and transmit uploaded content only as needed to provide generation, storage, support, abuse prevention and requested delivery. The licence ends when processing and applicable retention finish, subject to backups and legal records.

Upload retention

Venue photos, reference images, logos and recap photos are cached for generation and scheduled for deletion within 30 days. You may request earlier deletion, although active generation, security investigation or legal obligations can require limited continued retention.

Generated outputs

Subject to law, provider terms, these policies and third-party rights, you may use and adapt generated plans, image files, reels and PDF packs for personal or commercial celebration communications. You may not claim exclusivity or guaranteed copyright ownership where the law does not provide it.

No uniqueness guarantee

Generative systems can create similar outputs for different users. Review outputs for brands, identifiable people, protected characters, artwork or misleading statements. Sandbar does not clear rights for a specific jurisdiction or campaign.

Restrictions

Do not use outputs to impersonate others, misrepresent a real event or safety condition, infringe rights, evade the Acceptable Use Policy, sell account access or redistribute Sandbar’s underlying interface, code or template library as a competing service.
